 Ground sirloin and tomatoes are slowly simmered with garlic, chili powder,
oregano, cumin, green pepper sauce, unsweetened cocoa powder, onions,
salt and pepper to provide a full, rich chili flavor.  

  Aduki Beans, which are smaller than kidney beans, easier to digest, and
also easier for smaller mouths to chew, are added and the entire dish is
simmered again until it is just the right consistency.   This Chili is not spicy or
hot, just very satisfying.

   The invisible vegetables include a full serving of carrots seasoned with
celery, which are pureed in the tomato sauce for a smooth texture.

   The frozen Chili fits perfectly in a round 9” baking dish or a 9” fluted Pyrex
pie plate for one dish table service.
