Because Marjorie's Kitchen deals with special eating programs,
and many times our clients are dealing with a compromised
immune system, we use cookware that supports the concept of
non-adulterated foods.
We use no aluminum cookware, no cast-iron, and only use
non-stick when there is no other choice. For the majority of
cooking, we chose All-Clad for its high quality stainless steel
interior.
